I was 19 and then boom i was 20 Oct 5th is my birthday. I thot things would be different like it was when I turned 18 but life had a different change that was bad rather then good. I've been a nicotine feen since I was 15 and when I turned 18 I was able to buy my own nicotine then when I turned 20 and my rights were taken away how can u do that to someone
